Orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
We now only use Royal Mail exclusively.
UK Delivery Charges are based on total order shipping weight using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Reed Diffusers shipping is £4.99 as standard due to dimensions of packaging required (Royal Mail - Medium parcel)
International orders

All orders sent outside the UK are sent without import duties coverage. International customers may be subject to customs duties/fees, which we have no control over. Please check with your local customs or postal authority for more specific information about these fees.
All international orders will be sent by Royal Mail.
